  Great service. Rented two bikes on two occasions whilst staying in Cala d'or and both times everything went well. If you're looking for bikes to rent, go here, brand new carbon 2016 ghosts (Ultegra) with plenty of sizes available.

  They just opened a shop next to inturotel esmeralda garden. We rented 2 race bicycles here. Unfortunately we paid a lot of money for 2 poor bikes. My friends bike gear was not properly set up and his gear was constantly swifting. So that ruined pretty much his ride for that day...fortunately we managed on our own to adjust the gears and limit the annoying switching of the gear. My bike there was a slight twist in the wheel and the chain and cassette was really dirty.

  When we returned the bikes and we told about the annoying gear that switches on his own...we get a response where we get the feeling like we were the ones that did it instead of an apology for the inconvenience it caused.

  Weird service and poor quality of material for such price. The paddle are tired and crooked.

  We hebben daar voor 3 dagen 4 fietsen gehuurd. Kosten 180 euro. Bij het huren is ons niets verteld over kosten ivm schades of lekke band en dergelijke. Wel hebben we een contractje gekregen waarin een en ander staat . Maar wie leest dat nu. Op de tweede dag rijden we nagenoeg bij de verhuurder een lekke band. Blijkt dat we 6 euro moet3n betalen voor de bandreparatie. Gelukkig pal voor de deur, want als je met pech komt te staan blijkt dat je 1 euro per kilometer moet betalen voor hulp van de verhuurder. Kortom service tot op de stoep. De rest moet je allemaal zelf betalen. Advies let dus op. Normaal zit zoiets toch allemaal in de huurprijs.

  Also Customer service was really poor. No pro active information providing, really had to ask a lot of questions to drag information.

  I booked in for a paddle boarding lesson which was only meant to run if there were three people booked on the lesson. However, I ended up with a one to one lesson with Leo. He was friendly, patient, fun and an excellent teacher.
