  Worst customer service ever. Sat down here tonight with 2 friends for dinner. We could have picked form hundreds of restaurants on this strip but we randomly choose this restaurant. We sat down and we could see that this restaurant and all the other restaurants were busy tonight. The first waitress which looks like a 12 year old girl approached us with a sour look on her face and just stood there looking at us. We asked for the menus and so she proceeded to get them. No hello no welcome nothing. She came back with menus then a man came after 5 minutes to take our drink order. We ordered then 5 minutes after that a new lady came to deliver our drinks. All is well so far except the lack of a smile and welcome from all three staff members. We sat there for 20 minutes. No none approached us no one asked if we are alright and no one asked if we would like to order. So we decided to ask for the bill and go find food in another restaurant. After 3 minutes the man that took our drinks order came back with the bill and barked "next time you should say you only came for drinks" we were instantly offended and replied we wanted dinner but no one has approached us to take our order so we will go somewhere else to eat dinner. The man said that we are very busy and you are not the only customers in the restaurant. Such a pleasant way to speak to your customers sir. You could have said I'm so sorry its taking longer than usual tonight as we are busy let me take down your order now. That would have been more professional but you sir are not a professional. Go back to school and learn how to serve your customers.

  The food was OK but the customer service was very poor. Make sure you don't ask for any sauces or you will be charged at the end. Avoid.

  My hamburger was awful but compare to my girlfried's lasagne it was gastronomical masterpiece. Staff was nice.
